These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of jaws.media and our services. JAWS MEDIA is operated by Jacob Watts as a sole proprietorship ("JAWS MEDIA," "we," "us"), 33105 Mission Blvd, Union City, CA 94587. By accessing or using the site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or submit information through our forms. By using the services you represent that you meet this requirement.
JAWS MEDIA provides digital marketing, media production, creative services, talent representation, and business consulting. Specific service terms, scope, and deliverables are outlined in individual client agreements and engagement letters, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
When you book a call, you agree to provide accurate information. We may send confirmations and reminders by email and, with your consent, SMS. Missed or rescheduled calls may be subject to availability.
Fees for engagements are set out in your client agreement or invoice. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider (Whop). Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are due as invoiced, and certain engagements include a commission on revenue as defined in your agreement. Late or unpaid amounts may result in suspension of services. Except as required by law or expressly stated in your agreement, payments are non-refundable.
You agree to provide timely access to assets, accounts, and information reasonably needed to perform the services, to use the services lawfully, and to ensure that any materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights.
All content on this website — including copy, design, graphics, and code — is the property of JAWS MEDIA unless otherwise noted. Client-owned assets created during engagements are governed by individual service agreements, which provide full ownership to the client upon payment in full.
By submitting any form on our website, you consent to being contacted by JAWS MEDIA regarding your inquiry. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe."
Submitting a model application does not guarantee placement or booking. JAWS MEDIA reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its discretion. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, or provide parental consent where required by law.
Results mentioned on this website represent real client outcomes but are not guarantees of future performance. Individual results vary based on many factors including brand, market, offer, and execution.
JAWS MEDIA's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business, client, campaign, and operational information confidential during and after the engagement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JAWS MEDIA from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the services, or materials you provide that infringe third-party rights.
Either party may terminate an engagement as provided in the applicable client agreement (or, absent one, on reasonable written notice). We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services for conduct that violates these Terms. Fees earned prior to termination remain payable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
