What data can be deleted

When you connect Meta to JAWS Media, we may store connection status, app-scoped Meta user identifiers, selected business/ad account identifiers, access tokens, sync logs, and reporting cache needed to power your client dashboard.

How to request deletion manually

Email mdba.jaw@gmail.com with the subject Meta Data Deletion Request. Include your business name, the email used for your JAWS portal, and any confirmation code shown on this page.

We will review the request and delete eligible Meta-connected data from JAWS Media systems unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.

Meta removal instructions

  1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy.
  2. Open Settings → Apps and Websites.
  3. Find the JAWS Media app.
  4. Remove the app and submit a data deletion request if shown.
