Information you provide — when you complete the Growth Diagnostic, book a call, submit a shoot or booking inquiry, onboard as a client, apply as talent, or contact us:

Collected automatically — usage and device data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interactions, via cookies and similar technologies.

From connected services — if you authorize a third-party account (e.g., Shopify or Meta) so we can provide our services, we receive information per the permissions you grant. You can revoke access at any time.

How We Use Your Information

Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive service-related and marketing text messages from JAWS MEDIA at the number provided, including via automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email Communications

We send transactional emails (e.g., booking confirmations) and, with your consent, marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act. You can opt out anytime by clicking unsubscribe or emailing team@jaws.media; we honor opt-outs promptly.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business: with service providers that help us operate — including email delivery (Resend), video meetings (Zoom), payments (Whop), hosting and infrastructure (Netlify, Google), and analytics; with platforms you authorize (e.g., Shopify, Meta); for legal and safety reasons when required; and in connection with a business transfer. Providers are bound to protect your information.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion as described below.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, and opt out of marketing, by emailing team@jaws.media.

California residents: Under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Our services are intended for users 18 and older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
